Job Description

We are looking for a talented "shopper marketing supervisorwho will lead the development and execution of customer-centric shopper marketing programs that achieve business objectives.

In this role, you will:

  • Supervise all aspects of the shopper marketing program life cycle.
  • Work collaboratively with the shopper marketing manager on the execution of programs, facilitating workflow for projects in development, and ensuring timely approvals and delivery.
  • Support shoppers and marketing managers in tracking, pulling, and organizing data from internal and external sources across multiple sales channels and brands.
  • Spend time in retail environments documenting and reporting current trends across merchandising, shelf, and marketing solutions.
  • Manage merchandising tools, always available for customers.

Requirements

  • 5 years of brand, customer, and/or shopper marketing experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Experience in shopper marketing or trade marketing.
  • Ability to read and interpret consumer and shopper research.
  • Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, coupled with superior communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
