Senior Operations Specialist - (Snapp! Box)

Job Description

• Develop internal and external processes for delivery operations, understanding drivers of low performance, identifying critical operational improvements and defects, scaling those improvements and monitoring their performance over time
• Provide input to the strategy; identifying insights to help build a platform that makes being a courier for Eats a great experience
• Ensure he establishment and strengthening of the relationship with key accounts
• Identify customer needs proactively, making suggestions and providing and executing action plans to fulfill them
• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide data analysis needed for operations decision making
• Translate analysis results into business recommendations.
• Monitor customer and competitor activity and industry trends.
• Participate in regular status and strategy meetings with customers' senior management to understand and meet their needs.
• Translate ustomer’s strategy and priorities into a joint innovation roadmap and building a product development pipeline
• Monitor delivery operations metrics, applying root cause analysis to improve them and make sure they will meet SLA by collaborating within the team or with other teams for taking needed actions.
