Job Description
Review and draft contracts and legal documents.Ensure contracts comply with current laws and regulations.Analyze and interpret contracts of contractors and employers.Provide solutions and suggestions for improving contract texts.Participate in contract negotiations and provide legal support.Prepare and review required documents for participation in tenders.Manage and update contract monitoring systems.Collaborate with other teams to interpret and implement contract provisions.Requirements:
At least a Bachelor's degree in Law, Engineering fields, or Business Administration.At least six years of relevant work experience in the oil and gas industry.UI English proficiency. Strong understanding of contracts and legal concepts.Strong analytical skills and high accuracy.Teamwork spirit.Organizational and communication skills.
