Target and design different sales plans to sell toward achieving targets.
Visit the market routinely to gather data and supervise the sales team's productivity; also decide the best strategy based on data gathered from the market.
Follow up on the daily work of the sales team and assist them in their daily job to reach their sales target.
Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company's products.
Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
Formulate all sales policies, practices, and procedures.
Requirements

Ability to work outside of Iran (Russia).

At least 7 years of experience in sales.
