Overview of the job position

As a cold caller, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your role is to communicate with potential customers, introduce our products and schedule meetings for our sales team.
The ideal candidate is someone with self-confidence, perseverance, enthusiasm and passion for sales. This role is perfect for someone looking to start their career in sales or grow in a results oriented company.

Key responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and interest.
• Professional introduction of Nilram products and services
• Identifying the potential needs of customers and matching them with the company's offers.
• Scheduling appointments and sending qualified leads to the sales team.
• Keeping accurate records of calls, leads and follow-ups in the CRM system. (Training will be provided)
• Continuous improvement of contact techniques and sales approach.

Qualifications and skills

• Previous experience in telemarketing, cold calling or sales is preferred, but enthusiasm and willingness to learn is most important.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.
• Confidence, perseverance and positive attitude.
• Goal oriented with the ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Basic computer skills
