Attending meetings to help analyze data and provide solutions for improvement.
Supervising the preparation of the requested reports of the units and providing the reports.
Providing solutions for creating smart reports.
Training middle managers of sales and marketing in order to better use dashboards and analyses.
Providing a solution to systematize repetitive processes.
Collaborating to create new dashboards.
Monitoring and improving performance calculation system.
Managing the data analysis team and helping to improve their skills.
Supervising the preparation of periodical management reports.

Requirements

Advanced management of operations excellence unit projects.
Willingness to continuously suggest to the sales and marketing department managers in order to improve the sales situation.
Capable and proficient in analytical thinking skills.
Proficient in leadership and team management skills.
Mastery of effective communication skills.
Proficient in English.
Intermediate in Microsoft SQL Server.
Advanced in Excel.
Intermediate in Power BI.
