Job Description

The procurement experts are responsible for the purchasing process of indirect materials and services, providing monthly purchase reports, managing suppliers, and payment processes.

  • Finding new sources based on business requirements.
  • Supplier evaluation.
  • Receiving purchase or service requests.
  • Bidding and negotiating to achieve the best value.
  • Contracting and finalizing agreements.
  • Following up on quality issues and other claims.
  • Following up on invoices and payments and suppliers' financial issues.
  • Analyzing and reporting the supply risks, on-time deliveries, savings, etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Commerce, Civil Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the sourcing and procurement department.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer service attitude.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills.
