Responsibilities:

Working with the Growth Team to Develop CRM Campaigns:

  • Collaborate closely with the growth team to develop CRM campaigns aligned with overall business objectives and business plans.
  • Incorporate new strategies and techniques to enhance customer engagement and retention through CRM initiatives.

Setting Clear Monthly and Quarterly Targets:

  • Establish clear monthly and quarterly targets for key performance indicators such as orders, retention rate, cost, and other relevant measures.
  • Monitor progress towards targets and adjust strategies as needed to ensure objectives are met.

Building and Maintaining Customer Segmentation Strategies:

  • Develop and maintain customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Utilize segmentation methods to tailor messaging and offers to specific customer groups and segments.

Analyzing CRM Campaign Performance and Making Data-Driven Decisions:

  • Analyze CRM campaign performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to derive insights and make data-driven decisions to optimize conversion rates and revenue.

Collaborating with the CRO Team:

  • Partner with the Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) team to increase conversion rates at each step of the customer journey funnel through effective marketing assets and strategies.
  • Implement A/B testing campaigns and other optimization techniques to improve click-through rates and conversion rates across different channels.

Monitoring CRM Channels and Increasing Customer Retention Rates:

  • Analyze CRM channels daily to identify opportunities for improvement and increase customer retention rates
  • Plan and implement new CRM activities to enhance customer engagement and loyalty

Monitoring Targets Daily and Monthly:

  • Monitor key performance indicators such as order volume, customer acquisition cost (CAC), cost per order (CPO), conversion rates, net merchandise value (NMV), and churn rate on a daily and monthly basis.
  • Take proactive measures to address any deviations from targets and optimize performance.

Analyzing Complex Customer Data Sets:

  • Analyze complex customer data sets to gain insights into customer behavior and preferences
  • Identify opportunities for better segmentation of users based on historical and behavioral data

Running A/B Test Campaigns:

  • Design and execute A/B test campaigns to improve click-through rates and conversion rates in different channels
  • Analyze test results and iterate on strategies to continuously improve campaign performance

Ensuring Sustainability on ACQ:

  • Making sure that partners are fully engaged.
  • Optimizing available CRM partners and adding new partners.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) analysis and segmentation methods.
  • Strong reporting and documentation skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and e-CRM concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights that drive decision-making.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and conversion optimization strategies.
  • Experience using marketing automation tools such as WebEngage or similar platforms.
  • Entry-level understanding of SQL Queries and programming languages such as Python (proficiency in these is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
