Key Responsibility:

  • Preparing and setting KPIs and monitoring their implementation.
  • Development, implementation, and management of operational processes.
  • Continuous optimization and improvement to speed up the processes.
  • Forecasting operational risks and finding alternative solutions.
  • Preparing and presenting operational reports to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Industrial Engineering or Management.
  • Familiarity with financial processes in FinTech companies.
  • Excellent MS Office skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
