Job Description

The role's mission is to perform administrative and executive affairs for the business development deputy, ensuring smooth operations and efficiency within the department.

Key responsibilities include:

  • To arrange and coordinate appointments and meetings of the business development deputy.
  • To receive unit clients, refer and guide them to the desired person.
  • To prepare the required reports and required presentation files.
  • To follow up on the department's financial payments from the financial department to facilitate the matters.
  • To receive and send correspondence or letters to relevant people.
  • To record the financial information and department purchase requests in the SAP system.
  • To supervise the procurement and hospitality of domestic and foreign guests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Social Sciences, or equivalent.
  • At least one year of experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Advanced level of English language both written and verbal.
  • Prior experience with Jira Software and SAP-ERP.
  • Knowing Azerbaijani or Russian is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
