Job Description

  • Develop and implement a national handset.
  • Develop plans and strategies for various channels.
  • Responsible for the achievement of business objectives of various channel partners.
  • Develop and maintain medium and long-term cooperation relationships with channel partners.
  • Establish and optimize the country's sales organizations oriented to various channels.
  • Cultivate and improve sales channel capabilities.

Requirements

  • Adequate knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Adequate English skills.
  • Sales Techniques: Ability to effectively promote sales, negotiate, and close deals
  • Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the electronic products being sold, including features, advantages, and competitors' products
  • Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain good relationships with customers, meet their needs, and provide excellent after-sales service.
  • Market Analysis: Understand market trends, competitors, and consumer demands to formulate effective sales strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Articulate ideas, effectively communicate with customers and teams, listen and understand customer needs.
  • Problem-Solving: Quickly identify and resolve issues that arise during the sales process to ensure smooth transactions.
