شرکت پارس حیات دارای فرهنگ سازمانی بالا و نیروی انسانی را به عنوان سرمایه انسانی در نظر دارند.

چالش که هر شخصی می تونه باهاش روبرو بشه کار با نر افزار SAP هست چون شرکتهای زیادی این نرم افزار رو ندارند و شخصی که تازه وارده میشه و با این نرم افزار آشنا نیست ممکن هست مدتی درگیر یادگیر آن باشد.

Was amazing working in a big company like Pars Hayat. it was great experience be a part of big team there and enjoy learning and working with new programs and new rules even under the pressure.
Cons
The volume of work cause of high capacity of manufacturing in factory, solving different problems and founding contrariness between imported goods and SAP system was a challenge in a while i worked there .
