Job Description

The sales supervisor (modern trade) is responsible to deliver and achieve the annual sales targets in KA while maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the team in the KA department to achieve the area's targets.
  • Ensure implementation of the sales fundamentals: coverage, distribution, and visibility.
  • Implement, follow, and measure the monthly targets week by week in order to ensure reaching the area's targets.
  • Channel management to deliver key account sales targets.
  • Regular visits to the chain stores and other customers with company sales representatives.
  • Implement the new product launches as per the defined plans of the marketing/brand team.
  • Supervise and check the distributors’ requests and all payments to the company.
  • Provide ongoing coaching to all sales representatives and ensure they are properly equipped, trained, and motivated to achieve their objectives.
  • Supervise and check all daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields.
  • People management experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong computer skills, (MS Office is a must).
  • Experience in the beverage industry is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English is an advantage.
