Job Description
The sales supervisor (modern trade) is responsible to deliver and achieve the annual sales targets in KA while maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the team in the KA department to achieve the area's targets.
- Ensure implementation of the sales fundamentals: coverage, distribution, and visibility.
- Implement, follow, and measure the monthly targets week by week in order to ensure reaching the area's targets.
- Channel management to deliver key account sales targets.
- Regular visits to the chain stores and other customers with company sales representatives.
- Implement the new product launches as per the defined plans of the marketing/brand team.
- Supervise and check the distributors’ requests and all payments to the company.
- Provide ongoing coaching to all sales representatives and ensure they are properly equipped, trained, and motivated to achieve their objectives.
- Supervise and check all daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
