Job Description

  • Manage the development and implementation of tactical sales plans.
  • Ensure that sales forces are fully focused on specific goals.
  • Determine the desired KPIs to track sales force activities.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of sales and marketing methods and tools.
  • Provide a useful solution to advance the company's goals.
  • Maintain constructive relationships with key customers.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Master's degree, preferably related to sales or marketing.
  • Good command of medicinal supplements.
  • Good command of computer knowledge.
  • Good command of English.
  • Product knowledge and market understanding.
  • No restrictions for travel, if needed.
  • Active and motivated.
  • Innovative and independent person.
  • Problem-solving skills and a vision to create value and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Team player, and result-oriented.
