The position:
As a market access manager, you will:
- Monitor and assess the market access landscape, including healthcare reform changes, industry responses, and Health Technology Assessment (HTA) developments.
- Provide strategic guidance to integrate market access perspectives into therapeutic area development and business resolutions.
- Develop market intelligence through research and advisory boards to inform strategic initiatives.
- Possess specialized expertise in market access, pricing models, and value communication, while providing leadership and coaching to the team.
- Collaborate with HEOR and pricing function within the team.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Health Economics, Public Health, Science, or Pharmacy or in any relevant field.
- At least 5 years of successful experience in pharmaceutical background or FMCG.
- Previous experience with development and execution of reimbursement submissions to payers and HTA bodies
- Strong communicational skills within public-centered organizations.
- Full working proficiency in both oral and written English is essential.
