The position:
As a learning and development Partner, you will drive the agenda of employees, leadership, and teams’ development as well as organizational development, talent management, and succession planning.
Your main duties include, but are not limited to:
- Identify and address learning & development needs, executing actionable plans and driving annual people and organizational development processes.
- Facilitate training sessions, manage development programs, and act as a trainer/instructor and champion for leadership development initiatives.
- Maintain partnership relationships with internal stakeholders and Novo Nordisk Global Centers of Excellence, ensuring alignment and maximizing value delivery.
- Provide support to managers and employees in development-related topics, and engage with external vendors for training execution.
- Plan and execute Leadership Development practices
- Plan and execute improvement projects, utilize available resources for employee development, establish and maintain a people development curriculum, and support LMT in building culture and soft skills while contributing to employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or any similar field.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Prominent communication and presentation skills.
- Organizational, systematic, and structured mindset.
- Result-oriented and great stakeholder management skills.
- Full working proficiency in both oral and written English is essential.
