Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a commercial specialist, focusing on the hotel guarantee vertical. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for Excel skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

Administration:

  • Oversee the administration of hotel guarantee agreements, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Utilize Excel and other analytical tools to analyze performance metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate insightful reports for internal stakeholders.

Revenue Optimization:

  • Identify opportunities to optimize revenue and maximize profitability within the hotel guarantee vertical through data-driven insights and strategic initiatives.

Contract Negotiation and Renewal:

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to negotiate new agreements, as well as renew existing contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners, leveraging effective communication and negotiation skills to drive mutual success and achieve revenue targets.

Process Improvement:

  • Continuously evaluate and streamline processes related to hotel guarantee management, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other departments, including B2B sales, marketing, and finance, to align strategies and initiatives, support cross-selling opportunities, and drive overall commercial success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a commercial or revenue management role within the Tourism industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization techniques.
  • analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships.
  • Knowledge of hotel revenue management principles and practices is preferred.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
