Job Description

  • Coordinate administrative activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage reports and documents.
  • Answer phone calls and transfer them, if needed.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Research, summarize, analyze and present results in a clear and continuous manner.
  • Prepare and arrange commercial correspondence in English.
  • Participate in external online meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Management.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in the mentioned position.
  • Mastery of English (conversation and translation).
  • Familiarity with MS Office.
  • Mastery of office automation software.
  • Familiarity with business correspondence in Farsi and English.
  • Active learning skills, time management, and planning.
  • Familiar with foreign trade.
  • Search skills to find the required external source.
