Job Description

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a technical customer support with experience in WordPress plugins and themes. As a technical support team member, you will provide world-class support to our customers via support tickets and/or through our live chat system in English. -You'll have to take the initiative to learn about the customer, understand their problems, and determine the best way to fix it. -You will write on our community of support, knowledge base, documentation, and FAQ to help cover customer’s needs. -You are expected to troubleshoot and fix problems on client websites (WordPress)

Requirements

-Having WordPress technical support experience. -Experience with editing custom WordPress themes and plugins. -Experience with popular plugins such as W3 Total Cache, Woo Commerce Visual composer and etc. -Basic understanding of CSS, jQuery and HTML. -Fluent in English. -Strong writing skills. -Basic knowledge of FTP: If you know what SFTP is and why you should use it, that's even better. -You're a person who looks forward to helping the person who just called you for help. -Able to multitask: You can handle multiple tickets at once, but you can tell which tickets are the priority.
