Job Description

-Word processing; - Audio and copy typing; - Letter writing; English & Farsi - Dealing with telephone and email inquiries; - Scheduling and attending meetings, creating agendas and taking minutes - shorthand may be required; - Keeping diaries and arranging appointments; - Organizing travel for Branch Manager. - Organizing Iranian visa, Hotel, travel for Foreign guests and German Visa for Iranian guest. - Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and to maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases; - Devising and maintaining office systems; - Booking rooms and conference facilities; - Managing and maintaining budgets, as well as invoicing; - Handling Petty Cash and Reporting to Managing Director and Accounting - Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment; - Sorting and distributing incoming letters and fax and organizing and sending outgoing letters; - Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information; - Photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues;

Requirements

- Honesty and personal maturity- Intelligence - Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Internet - Typing without difficulty both in English and Farsi - High level of energy and motivation, and interest in learning - Good in English language (Writing & Reading) - Being very responsible, creative, good team player, and loyal to work - Effective communication skill and Excellent Public relations - High energy level and flexibility to work to the demands of the role - Minimum qualification university degree - Warm Reception and Good Public Relations - Well Dressed * Candidates should be based in Tehran.
