This job Contain Planning, Monitoring and Control of time, cost and resources in Mashhad Urban Railway (Electrical & Mechanical Equipment) and preparing control project reports & minute of meetings with employer & contractors. Main Responsibilities: • Creation of WBS, PMS and relevant procedures. • Creation of project plans using Primavera P6. • Creation of invoices and related supporting document. • Prepares & control formal letters & minute of meetings with employer & contractors & negotiation with them • Continual update of the project plans • Provide reporting information for both internal and external use • Identify project changes to the original scope. • Participate in and run internal or external project review meetings.
