Job Description

- Realizing the brand objectives: develop the objectives and strategy for long and short term - Identify and analyze consumer needs, competitor activities and market opportunities - Convert the specific strategies into tactical projects - Suggest ideas pro-actively on how to improve the development of the Consumer portfolio in order to increase distribution and market share of the brands - Regular store checks to secure display and selling of the products - Prepare sales force support and product training related to designated products - Manage the variable marketing budget and ROI calculation. Make sure that the budget is up-to date and aligned - Prepare marketing plans including sales and expense budgets related to the activities - Monitor brand performance, set specific KPI’s and make relevant reports for the management - Manage the P&L and monitor the development vs. budget - Work closely together with all local and global departments

Requirements

- Business acumen / commercial awareness; analytical entrepreneur style - Positive “can do” attitude and out of the box thinking - Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of data - Commercial drive / result oriented - Business planning and organizational skills - Negotiator with influencing power - Good understanding of the sales cycles - Flexible and creative thinker - Active networker who knows how to maintain relationships and grow the business together with customers - Initiative: follows market developments and advices management about business opportunities - Good presentation skills - Can work independently, but has good team spirit - Willingness to travel - Very good knowledge of Business English (written and spoken)
