Job Description

Managing the production of the required deliverables.
Responsible for implementation and control of Scrum methodology processes in software teams.
Monitoring the workflow of the project during the sprint.
Strategizing and supporting the Scrum process in development teams.
Managing roles and tasks within the Scrum framework.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree preferably in Software Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
At least 2+ years of hands-on experience with scrum master.
Extensive experience in team coordination.
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and investigative skills.
Ability to assimilate disparate information (log files, error messages, etc.) and pursue leads to find root cause problems.
Strong communication skills.
Familiarity with Jira would be an advantage.
Proficient in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Experience in the successful execution of agile projects.
Ability to solve problems and manage change.
Effective communication and coordination with team members.
