Job Description

Mission/ Core purpose of the Job: - Follow up all technical rights and demand of MTN Irancell from CRA, TIC, TCI and other related authorities - Provide technical analysis on any regulatory decision, policy, regulation, legislation or approach. Role Complexity: - Follow up all required technical resources such as frequency spectrum and etc. to be allocated to MTN Irancell by CRA, TCI, and TIC. Task Complexity: - Provide technical analysis and support on any regulatory decision, policy, regulation, legislation or approach. - Follow up for new frequency spectrum allocation, based on defined approaches by CRA including auction preparation, spectrum secondary market, etc. - Follow up for new number range allocation requested from CRA - Follow up the raised frequency interference and radiation with the other Licensees from CRA to address the issues - Monitor local market and competition conditions and report level-playing field actions in resource allocation happening by CRA - Follow up to receive the technical requests and demands from NW Division (Radio Planning) - Follow up to receive the technical requests and demands for facilities, transmission, access, internet bandwidth, etc. from NW Division (Core Planning) and CPG Division (Project Support) - Follow up with CRA, TIC, TCI or any other Licensees to allocate the required infrastructural facilities, transmission, access, internet bandwidth, etc., based on the Licenses and resolutions. - Provide input in to the competition complaints to manager regarding the anti-competitive actions of TIC and TCI as incumbent or the other operators in allocation and sharing defined resources and services - Assist manager in considering Irancell concerns from a technical point of view in interconnection, national roaming, MNP, MVNOs, IP-TV and etc. - Review the technical terms and conditions in the regulatory contracts based on MTN Irancell’s Licenses, resolutions and technical concerns and comments - Collaborate with Regulatory R&D Team to support MTN Irancell’s technical requests and demands in existing and upcoming resolutions by valuable benchmarks, best practices, ITU recommendations or MTN Group’s experiences - Provide regular reports regarding the requested and allocated technical resources and possibilities (such as spectrum frequency, numbering, essential facilities , transmission , access , and internet) to MTN Irancell by CRA, TIC, TCI and etc., - Collate, compile and prepare required reports and regulatory submissions for consultations
