• Providing the documents like motion time study, flow diagram, capacity study, and realization/deviation ratio.
• Monitoring logistic activities, and resources and following up the supply chain issues.
• Preparing the layout and updating the work instructions and patterns.
• Coordinating the issues between production and marketing departments.
• Planning and controlling the production and analyzing the deviations.
• Controlling the inventory of raw materials and products.
• Organizing the activities to achieve the delivery deadlines.
• Preparing daily progress, OEE, and production line performance reports.
• Cost and resource control in various levels of planning.
