- Handle administrative work and subsequent problems and issues independently
- File and retrieve corporate letters, documents, records, and reports
- Handle phone calls, take messages, or direct them to appropriate individuals
- Organize and coordinate meetings
- Maintain scheduling and event calendars
- Follow up her manager orders and assigned tasks at different stages
- Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
- Manages a variety of special projects for the head of BU, some of which may have organizational impact
- Work in professional and focused manner to schedule and coordination of internal and external meetings
- Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the head of BU, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of solid professional experience in head of BU office administration or assistant experience
- Interest in internal and external communications and partnership development
- Expert level written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Very strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
- High energy level and flexibility to work to the demands of the role
