- Plan, design and conduct motivational programs to increase Employee Satisfaction, hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
- Planning human resource strategies according to the company mission.
- Monitoring performance management system.
- Design and revising guidelines, procedures and policies.
- Maintains company structures by updating requirements.
- Scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
