Job Description
This position is created to achieve the following objectives:
- Identifying opportunities for EHS process improvement, increasing agility, and waste removal, while processes digitalization.
- Implementing KAIZEN methodology in EHS processes.
- Implementing (TTT) Train to Trainer system in EHS subjects in all departments of the organization to create continuous improvement in EHS training.
- Implementation of continuous improvement in the establishment of standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001.
- Implementing continuous improvement in the deployment of the 5S3R system and revising its implementation method based on JTI's latest standards.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying rooms for improvement in terms of processes digitalization and increasing works method agility.
- Implementing safety suggestions and EHS reward systems to improve employees' engagement in EHS activities and culture building.
- Implementing and sustaining ISO standards (ISO 50001, 14001, 45001, 9001) by leading factory ISO team, holding training, audit plans, updating standards, holding periodical ISO meetings…
- Implementing and sustaining 5S3R standards through holding training courses and conducting monthly safety audit tours in departments.
- Participation in risk assessment, harmful factors assessment, medical checkups, campaigns, and IWD activities
- Identifying capable people and planning and developing training programs for these people to establish a TTT (Train to Trainer) system to improve EHS training.
