-Develop or direct CRM software system testing or validation procedures
-Deployment of new products and services
-Responsible of daily operational activities and availability of systems
-Monitor the execution of customer processes in all channels according to defined experience strategies and targets in collaboration with all channels
-Modify existing CRM Software to correct errors, to adapt it to new hardware, or to upgrade interfaces and improve performance
-Direct software programming and development of documentation
-Prepare reports or correspondence concerning project specifications, activities, or status
-Coordinate with relevant groups such as Pricing, Quality assurance, project management and IT, retrieve data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements
Requirements
-B.S. /M.S. in Software/Electronic/Industrial engineering, management, MBA or other related fields
-At least 3 years of experience in software development and analysis
-Other Skills:
-Deep Knowledge of Customer relationship management (CRM) software
-Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
-Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models
-Experienced in predictive modeling, data mining or analytic
