The LMT site is located in Barkat Pharmaceutical Industrial City, Alborz Province went into operation in 2020 and has 160 employees in total. The manufacturing site handles the assembly and packaging production of Novo Nordisk’s FlexPen® sold in Iran with modern insulin (NovoRapid®, NovoMix®30, Levemir®) and Victoza®.

The position:

As a continuous improvement specialist, you will:

  • Participate in the implementation of continues improvement strategy and culture in the site in alignment with the overall site strategy and Roadmap and execute the implementation and the anchoring of continues improvement strategy at shopfloor.
  • Participate in the execution of continues improvement roadmap and perform or facilitate Systematic Problem Solving (SPS) on issues at shopfloor and process optimization of processes on site.
  • Deliver training for the entire site in relevant continues improvement courses and modules.
  • Coach continues to improve candidates on-site and facilitate workshops upon request.
  • Drive the implementation of improvement projects and ensure Continuous Improvement projects are well executed.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, or Engineering Management.
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in any manufacturing industry.
  • Adequate knowledge of LEAN and continuous improvement.
  • Organizational, systematic, and structured mindset.
  • Ability to facilitate and execute training/teaching activities.
  • Intermediate level of English skills in both oral and written.
