Job Description

• Preparing documents for standardizing products and processes such as control plans, standard work instructions, and PFMEA.
• Performing internal audits including process, product, and system audits.
• Performing MSA, SPC, and SQFE.
• Monitoring and controlling QC inspection activities through daily audits.
• Following up on corrective actions and problem-solving steps.
• Finding and pursuing root causes of quality problems.
• Analyzing quality problems and following up on the effectiveness of corrective actions
• Implementing 5S disciplines.
• Building respectful relationships with other coworkers in other departments to proceed with quality objectives.
• Analyzing organizational indicators and their deviation causes.
