Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll find and attract 'A' players to build a powerful and productive workforce. By using a scalable and effective recruitment process, you’ll prospect, pitch, screen, and close highly qualified candidates to meet our hiring needs. You’ll strive to foster an excellent candidate experience by engaging with candidates, gathering insights from new hires, and implementing best practices in the industry while contributing to our expansion plans. Job Description: ● Attract quality candidates through various channels by working closely with hiring managers to understand the hiring positions and our plans for growth. ● Determine technically and culturally fit candidates by assessing them using top leading interviewing and hiring methodologies ● Enhance recruitment efficiency by managing the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring compliance with the laid down steps. ● Develop strong brand awareness by participating in recruitment activities, such as career fairs and campus recruitment drives. ● Increase brand’s online visibility by collaborating with the Marketing and Product Design teams to create branding materials for recruitment purposes. ● Improve recruitment strategy by developing insightful recruitment analytics to direct hiring efforts. ● To evaluate various selection or testing techniques by conducting research or follow-up activities and conferring with management or supervisory personnel. ● To input and collect valid evidence and data for salary determination. plans regarding talent acquisition. ● To provide staffing report including monthly reports, job offer rejected interview history … for talent acquisition manager. ● To provide feedback to the candidates who have been rejected in the interview process.

Requirements

Requirements ● Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. ● More than 4 years of corporate and/or executive recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting. ● Experience with online sourcing techniques. ● Experience building sourcing plans for multiple groups. ● Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and employee relationships. ● Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results. ● Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives. ● Experience working with recruiting and people-related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems, resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and complex spreadsheets. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
