BAT PARS IS LOOKING FOR AN HR/Fleet Administrator FUNCTION: Human Resource LOCATION: Ahwaz ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES Providing HR and Fleet support to the field force sales team while ensuring efficiency, productivity and completion of all tasks including: WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR: • Managing the recruitment processes • Managing administrative HR Tasks • Preparing different reports for HR and fleet teams • Company car check based on company Standards & Procedures • Managing administrative fleet tasks • Building effective & sustainable relationship with stakeholders

Requirements

• University degree is a must • Knowledge and experience of HR practices (Recruitment, Onboarding, Administration) • Knowledge of Labour Law & SSO • Knowledge of Car Mechanic • English language at intermediate level • Team leadership skills • Ability to work with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word) • Ready to travel within the region • Having a personal car is mandatory
