POSITION SNAPSHOT Location: Tehran /Iran Company: Nestlé Full-time POSITION SUMMARY We are excited to be recruiting for this key position, reporting into Business Executive Officer Nestlé MENA, and we are looking for an experienced professional to lead the Nestlé’s portfolio as a leader in Nutrition Health & Wellness /Creating Shared Value. The core role focuses on providing leadership, direction, and coordination to all activities and areas related to the NESCAFE Business in Nestle Iran, in order to achieve the short-term business goals, measured by Volume, NNS, and Market Share across Iran. Responsible for the implementation of agreed business plans, as well as identifying additional business and growth opportunities for NESCAFE in Iran, to ensure the coffee beverages business' long-term sustainable profitable growth, as well as sustainable competency development of the local team.


A DAY IN THE LIFE … -Delivery of agreed plans and business results -Lead, manage and grow the business. Drive and create competitive gaps through business efficiency improvements at every step of the value chain by defining, optimizing & tracking of TTS strategy and allocation, delegated PFME, annual budgets and the right pricing strategy for a profitable business. -Business Planning: Lead and manage the Business Planning process with different stakeholders (LTP, GB, MBP). -Ensure adherence to policies and procedures including applicable Marketing, Trade, Finance, Supply Chain and HR guidelines, as well as other applicable local laws and regulations. -Build a High-Performance Team ensuring employees’ development and engagement, Feedback and Coaching, Performance Review, Talent Management, Career Development, Succession Planning, hiring /selection and compensation according to HR guidelines and methodologies. -Drive marketing & brand activation and identify key local opportunities to recruit new users into the coffee category -Engage with internal and external stakeholders managing all subjects related to the business under the umbrella of Nestle. -Work closely with the Nestle Professional team on the consumer journey. ARE YOU A FIT? -Minimum 6-8 years of core FMCG experience in sales or marketing. Preference is at least 2 of those 6 years to be in sales / CCSD functions, with strong understanding of sales & in-store fundamentals. -Strong marketing strategy and brand activation experience. -Since you manage a lot of stakeholders you must have a Strong leadership skill and be good in impacting and convincing others. Academical Degree in Business Administration, economics, or any related fields is required. -A lot of the work we do is global, so it’s essential you have strong language skill in English both spoken and written. -You have responsibility for monitoring market intelligence sources, and category/channel/shopper trends. Good knowledge of commercial functions is the key.
