Job Description

- Participate in labor office court on behalf of company and employer - Participate in S.S.O. on behalf of company and employer - Prepare reports and give recommendations to take necessary measure - Assist Regulations & Employee Affairs Manager in related tasks - Cooperate with other partners and train them - Get updated regulations and inform the company for taking required action - Represent the company in governmental organizations

Requirements

- Having university degree in related field - At least 5 years’ experience in labor low cases - At least 5 years’ experience in S.S.O. cases - At least 5 years’ experience in employee relations affairs - Having Driving License - Fluent in English or Turkish - Excellent command in Office Programs - Good negotiation skill - Familiarity with labor, S.S.O., and Tax laws
