Job Description

● Control and supervise well operations in complicated conditions (Well servicing and workover using workover rigs. WSW equipment and processes, work with CT, Work with Slickline, Well killing, Put on Production, and Well Completion) ● Ensures that the field operates and complies with HSE rules and regulations of IRI as well as the ZNV/KNGP HSE IMS. ● Control and supervise production stimulation and enhanced oil recovery (Production Enhancement, Acidizing, and Fracturing) ● Control and ensure timely order of necessary reagents, equipment, spare parts, transportation, and other necessary materials for work and issuing appropriate WSR. ● Coordinate and provide information to and from drilling contractors and the production team. ● Prepare workover and drilling daily reports, ● Ensure smooth execution of production plans, and take preventive measures to avoid and eliminate violations in the production process. ● Control and supervise drilling operations (safety during supervising work) ● Participate in the commissioning of work performed by contractors, service organizations, and personnel of the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and technical devices. ● Prepare and control related to workover and drilling schedules, plans, and procedures.
