You love administering the entire Microsoft Windows infrastructure and feel at home when working within the on-premise, hybrid or cloud environments? You have gathered experience in different virtualization environments such as VMware and Hyper-V in large scale environments? Your daily work consists of monitoring and logging as well as working with Active Directory and the creation of backup solutions? You love working in a small and agile team? Then it is YOU who we are looking for. That’s what it’s about: Supporting our cloud integration customer projects by: - Analysing the on-premise IT infrastructure - Performing Windows Server cloud migrations and upgrades - Administration and maintenance of Windows based workloads in cloud environments - Configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Windows Updates, Active Directory integration, backup policies, logging, and monitoring solutions - Creating IT operation runbooks based on processes, structures and standards - Creating, maintaining, and executing IT operation runbooks

To top it off: - You know how to actively support your team and spark their motivation - You are very structured and you set the benchmark for quality - You have an eye for details and ace in documenting your work - You share your knowledge with your teammates through documentation and pairing with them in their task - You strive to solve problems analytically and and solution oriented - You strive to find solid, engineering solutions to problems that you face - You like working in a cross-functional, multicultural and agile working environment This is your background: - You hold a degree in a computer-related field or equivalent technical training - You have at minimum three years of professional experience as a Windows System Administrator (Windows 2016, 2012 and 2008) or in a similar role - You have profound knowledge in virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper-V) - You have experience in storage technologies (SAN), Active Directory, GPO management, Certificate Services, DHCP, TCP/IP, DNS, Remote Access, WSUS, failover clustering, IIS, PowerShell scripting - You have experience in patch management, operating system deployment, performance monitoring, network protection - You have a bit of experience using the Atlassian Suite (Confluence, Jira, etc.) - You speak fluently English, a plus but not a must: you speak German
