Job Description

• Designing and presenting solution in order to implementing, improving and developing existing virtualization infrastructure and being able to monitor existing state for troubleshooting and finding solutions to fix existing problems in the possible shortest time and Finding comprehensive solutions for more sustainability in order to reducing downtime’s outage. • Monitor, Troubleshoot and Analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues with Windows and VMware • Manage the deployment, design and implementation (including recommending upgrade/replacement) of company’s asset component. • Installation and Maintenance of Windows servers (2008-2016) • Applying security hardening guides on Windows servers (2008-2016) • Maintenance of Microsoft services such as Exchange, Lync, Sharepoint, System Center, etc. • Configuring and Maintaining Virtualization Infrastructure • Monitoring virtualized infrastructure and provide regular reports. • Handling other affairs in the field of organizational tasks under the supervision infrastructure and network security management • Monitoring the servers by means of related software such as Solarwinds and VeeamOne • In addition, this position must be held accountable for OnCall. • Reporting to infrastructure and network security management.
