Job Description

-Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customers. -Supervise the Wholesale distribution plan, in order to meet the required level of distribution for each Brand. -Identify the company's customers, categorize them and organize how to meet their expectations and needs in all branches. -Develop and maintain close business relationship with the key Wholesale customers, in order to gain high level of support and loyalty. -Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales. -Implement the agreed promotion programs, with optimum use of resources and materials. -Analyze sales statistics and report to senior manager.

Requirements

- University degree: Preferably in a relevant field (Marketing/ Management). - Experience: At least 5 years of sales experience within FMCG. - Age range: 30 to 40 years. - Full knowledge of sales and marketing techniques. - Communication and Engagement Skill. - Ability to design and formulate sales strategies and set goals. - Ability to complete and train sales and distribution teams. - Advanced level of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
