Job Description

Responsible to support sales team with sales data analysis, monitoring team performance, coaching the team, negotiating to and developing new wholesales, agents and sub agents, preparing reports and share. Main responsibilities: ● Organizing, monitoring and following all sales activities. ● Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customers. ● Supervising the wholesale distribution plan, in order to meet the required level of distribution for each brand. ● Implement the agreed promotion programs, with optimum use of resources and materials. ● Reporting to national sales manager regularly. ● Handling all wholesales specialists directly. ● Managing sales team by monitoring their KPIs and setting sales incentives of team. ● Negotiating to, building relation with, signing contract with and getting the debt from wholesalers, agents and sub agents. ● Delivering monthly, weekly and daily reports.

Requirements

● Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG industry. ● Fully fluent in MS Office (Expert in Excel is necessary). ● Full command of English language (Both verbal and written). ● Effective communication skills. ● Excellent negotiation and selling skills. ● Time management. ● Creative thinking. ● Goal and task oriented. ● Wholesales management knowledge with good level of financial acumen.
