Job Description

● Drive implementation of the wholesale channel and operational plans that meet the objectives of the corporate strategy. ● Manage the sales and distribution of company brands within the secondary supply chain in order to ensure that sales targets are executed and availability is maximized in line with brand strategies and the needs of the market. ● Manage an efficient and effective channel development team through performance management, coaching, motivation and career development in order that wholesale development representation is superior to the competition in respect of both core and added value services. ● Drive proper planning, execution, and post-implementation evaluation of the support to the wholesale channel through active participation in the Effective Market Focus process (with special attention to the Cycle Execution Meeting stage) feeding the process with high-quality recommendations (and business cases if needed) as per BAT best practice. ● Drive proper development, implementation and evaluation of wholesale channel specific tools (Activation and Cycle Plans). ● Monitor channel-specific developments including competitor’s activities, customer/account sales data, and other relevant information to keep company management fully informed of new channel developments in order that opportunities and weaknesses are addressed as they arise.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree preferably in relevant fields. ● Minimum of 2 to 3 years of sales experience within FMCG, preferably in international companies. ● Good communication skills, team-oriented, and good influencing skills. ● Good Excel and PowerPoint skills. ● Deep market understanding. ● Drive to achieve stretched targets. ● Flexible with traveling across the province. ● Military service: Completed or exempted. ● Fluency in English is an advantage.
