Job Description

Job Description: - Identify opportunities both in electronic and distribution channels in Market and develop strategies to take advantage of opportunities - Define policies and strategies to build strong relationships with key distributors and wholesalers - Develop and manage a methodology of evaluating distributor’s performance - Manage the product mix of physical/logical/e-charge with a view to delivering on the company’s cost of sales targets and also the market need - Manage and control channels budget - Plan and execute various bundling projects

Requirements

Education: - B.Sc. in industrial engineering, computer engineering, Management or related fields - Advantage: M.Sc. in management or MBA Experience: - +5 years experience in sales or Marketing (3 years telecom experience) - +2 years management experience - Advantage: +2 years’ experience in international or multinational company Knowledge: - Working English knowledge - Distribution - National Market knowledge - GSM & telecom - Business strategy - Sales cycle - Minimum understanding of finance - Advantage: supply chain, modeling Skill & Ability: - Microsoft office - Sale techniques - Management & leadership skills - Negotiation & communication - Strategy developing - Problem Solving - Reporting & presentation - Multitasking - Technology Savvy Attitude: - Innovative - Timely decision Making - Flexible - Diplomatic - Creative - Work ethic - Customer Focus - Pressure tolerant
