Job Description

The key Responsibilities: • Coordinate with the Installation subcontractor the completion dates • Insures the performance of the Warehouse section • Optimize the management of the goods of the Company to support the delivery of services to customers • Supervise the activities of workers engaged in receiving, storing, testing, and shipping products or materials • Plan, develop, or implement warehouse safety and security programs and activities • Inspect physical conditions of warehouses, vehicle fleets, or equipment and order testing, maintenance, repairs, or replacements • Respond to customer’s questions and complaints regarding storage and distribution services • Provide support and guidelines for warehouse coordinators to receive goods • Help Logistics & Warehouse coordinators to provide a plan to place incoming goods • Ensures Distribution of goods to internal & external customers • Label goods according to given specifications • Distribute goods to different units • Develop and document standard and emergency operating procedures for receiving, handling, storing, shipping, or salvaging products or materials • Perform inventory count by following schedule, policy and procedures • Designs and implements the Warehouse section processes and procedures
