As a Warehouse Team Lead you need to manage (organize, plan, control etc.) materials receipt, in-house transportation and shipment of product to Tehran Affiliate ensuring Employer’s property is kept safe and managed in accordance with relevant Iranian legislation and Novo Nordisk rules and regulations. In terms of People & Organization Management, the Employee shall be responsible for ensuring the Warehouse organization is able to act with high performance and effectiveness and in compliance and Follow the relevant sections of the Industrial Environmental Control Program. You need to define characteristics and requirements for systems, organization and personnel, establish resource plans and maintain, establish daily work plans and goals for the warehouse area. You are also responsible for planning and ensuring of training activities, leading warehouse department with high integrity and act as role model creating a trustful company culture. You need to participate in validation activities of cold storage area and ensure the validated state is maintained. Arranging timely maintenance of Warehouse equipment, SAP and other stock-taking systems are also Team Lead responsibilities. Ensuring proper documentation of all warehouse activities by the warehouse team in strict compliance with Iranian legislation and NN requirements it’s a must. As a warehouse Team Lead you also need to contribute to budget activities, ensuring a healthy and safe working environmental is in place.
