Job Description
- Controlling the inventory and prepare the shortage list to be purchased
- Ordering and tracking the purchase
- Obtain management approval for purchase requests
- Collaborate with procurement unit and provide necessary information for purchase
- Monitoring and managing the daily affairs of Warehouse
- Identifying and handling the stock shortages on a regular basis
- Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting, or shipping
- Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, customer service logs, or training and safety records
- Recommend optimal transportation modes, routing, equipment, or frequency
- Monitor finished goods
- Optimize and Monitor layout, location and process of warehouses
