Job Description
● Ensure that all goods and equipment are kept and handled in a safe and reliable manner as per the original equipment manufacturer's manual instructions and requirements.
● Ensure that all offloading and uploading operations are performed in strict compliance with the company's safety rules and regulations as well as the original specifications of the goods and equipment and that all Islamic Republic of Iran's legal requirements is met.
● Supervise and control all uploading and offloading operations performed. Acceptance and shipment of the goods and equipment at the Site in a timely manner in order to meet project schedule deadlines.
● Initial material management paperwork and reporting.
● Conduct regular coordination with nominated suppliers and service providers on timely shipment and delivery of the goods and equipment as well as services to be rendered.
● Grant access to the assigned staff to the nominated warehousing and storage areas.
● Support local suppliers and service providers' communication for the smooth acceptance of the goods at the site.
● Ensure that all company's material management policy requirements are met in a duly manner.
● Implement all gathered data on material movement into the 1C system
● Inventory stock management.
● In charge of the safe use and storage of the assigned equipment, material, tools, techniques, and facilities.
