Job Description
-Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures -Complies with international and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions -Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols -Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system -Performing and planning of sampling and promotion material process -Active participation and close follow up during/after audits *Job Location: RobatKarim
Requirements
-Industrial Engineering or other relevant university degree -Similar experience of at least 3 years in pharmaceutical ,food or cosmetics warehouses. -Good knowledge in GDP(Good distribution practice) -Decent practical experience in industry/pharmaceutical manufacturing/warehousing procedures -Capability to work in a team -Effective communication and negotiation skills -Effective time management skills -Good at necessary IT skills, specially MS. Office -Ability to work with SAP would be an advantage. -Fluent command in English (written /spoken) -Location based at Robat-Karim
