Job Description

• Managing change control of SOPs (written procedures), handling change request as CR owner, affected party and action owner. • Handling department deviations through the whole investigation cycle, including identification and track of incidents, necessary risk assessment and implementation of corrective/ preventive actions and effectiveness checks. • Organizing and planning material receipt, material transfer within plant and dispatch • Taking the ownership for arranging cross functional task between main stakeholders • Ensuring SAP and other stock-taking systems are handled properly. • Performing process confirmation for WH critical tasks • Ensuring the accuracy of related key performance indicators (KPIs) of department • Participating in development and review of SOPs in the area. Ensuring that SOPs are developed in a clean way and are process based in accordance with company requirements and procedures. • Helping, and supporting for finding root causes in complaint cases.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical companies, preferably in handling deviations • Self-motivated, flexible, and proactive • Familiarity with QA within warehouse is an advantage • Strong communicator with ability to establish cross org. collaboration • Advanced level of English both written and oral • Knowledge of Microsoft office • SAP knowledge is an asset Working at Novo Nordisk At Novo Nordisk we recognize that it is no longer good enough to aspire to be the best company in the world.
