Job Description

-Manages all areas of the warehouse and logistics operations -Ensures all orders go out on schedule -Conducts scheduled inventory based on company policies and procedures -Maintains and improves shipment accuracy rate -Consistently works to lower shipping costs by making sure proper shipping methods are used by staff -To manager a team of 80 to 150 people in warehouse. -To Guarantee all company policies and procedure will be respected -To optimize picking & packing process in order to increase capacity & picking trip time, and improve fulfillment rate
