Job Description

•Main Objective: The incumbent will play a role in the planning, coordinating and supporting of all Logistics & warehousing tasks by aligning all the regional warehouses in order to have smooth Logistics operation to support Marketing & sales operation. He / She will be the main contact of the regional coordinators to assure the JTI logistics & Warehouse processes are settled and do the best to mitigate the risks and follow up the relevant issues. •Main Areas of Responsibilities: -Full control on incoming & outgoing products and make sure they are based on the purchasing and material requests -Monitor all Warehouse clerks’ activities -Monitor daily changes and update in Warehouse Management system (Excel). -Responsible to compare the Excel inventory with Ahdaf Inventory system. -Randomly quantity check on outgoing shipments. -Responsible to operate the weekly cycle count for some stock as a spot check -Responsible to actively participate in monthly stock take and its follow up actions for the probable -Hire trucks to deliver products to provinces -Monitor WH lay out and make sure all products have open card and Label. -Weekly Report to Logistics & Warehouse manager about occupied / free space percentage, report that to Logistics & Warehouse manager -Responsible to assure that all documents issue the same day and has an update stock at the end of the day -Assure that all documents are complete, archived in the relevant binder and store.
